All poetry published on AllPoetry.com or any other platform under "Elias of the Veil"
All derivative works based on any of the above
All future works created under The Matrix Ltd. or Elias of the Veil

Federal Copyright Registrations are on file with the United States Copyright Office.

CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE

TO ALL PARTIES:

You are hereby notified that ANY unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, performance, display, or creation of derivative works from ANY content owned by The Matrix Ltd. or published under "Elias of the Veil" is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and constitutes:

Copyright Infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501
Trademark Infringement under 15 U.S.C. § 1114
Unfair Competition and False Designation of Origin under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a)

IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST from any use of our intellectual property.

Using our intellectual property for AI training or machine learning

TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing any content created by The Matrix Ltd. or Elias of the Veil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

NO LICENSE IS GRANTED. All rights are reserved. No content may be used without explicit written permission from The Matrix Ltd.
